We equip disadvantaged young people to become better citizens.

Our youth programs are :

Literacy – Numeracy Development

Literacy and Numeracy are known as core skills. We helpĀ  young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to develop their literacy and numeracy skills .

Job Skill Development

Without skills finding a job can be a challenge for disadvantaged young people. They must determine what careers are available, what their interests are, and what skills they have or need to develop. We create free training opportunities for disadvantaged young people to develop job skills.

This is a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom instruction in which disadvantaged young people can learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a skilled occupation

Employment Support

Writing resumes and cover letters; conducting mock interviews and providing support for answering interview questions; exploring possible careers and assisting with job, internship, or program searches; modelling behaviour, attitudes, or skills in the workplace (job-shadowing); career planning and goal setting.

Social Integration of disadvantaged youth

We help the disadvantaged young people to prevent homelessness, provide counselling supportĀ  to overcome abuse , traumas and guidance to access medical care.
